Notable BMW program updates for February 2026 below:

February Program is valid from February 3, 2026 – March 2, 2026

Programs Are Lockable on Orders/Incoming Units - This continues in February. Any new orders placed this month (or incoming units secured) are eligible for a program lock of up to 60-90 days depending on region. This includes Lease Credits on EV’s, money factors, residuals, interest rates on finance unless otherwise noted, and additional BMW NA rebates such as Loyalty/Corporate (not dealer contributed rebates). In short: if we don’t have the exact car you want in stock, we can order you one / secure an incoming one! 

39-Month Lease Term Continues (Lockable on Orders!). The 39-month lease term residual value will match the 36-month lease term residual value. Eligible on the following cars only:

Enhanced Loyalty (GKL/M Customers) - an additional Loyalty rebate is available for those who currently have an M2, M3, M4, M5, M8, X3M, X4M, X5M, X6M, 7-Series (incl. i7), 8-Series, X7, or XM in the household. This is in addition to the standard loyalty rebate. Enhanced Loyalty Rebates are available only on the following models:

-2025 XM/XM Label - $12,500 rebate

-2026 XM Label - $2,000 rebate

-2025/2026 7-Series (incl. i7) - $2,000 rebate

-2026 X7 M60i - $2,000 rebate

-2025/2026 8-Series - $2,000 rebate

Lease Cash Available on Gas Models - lease cash is back for select gas models again, which makes these pretty nice leases:

-2026 530i/540xi - $1,000 lease cash

-2026 740i/xi - $2,000 lease cash

-2026 8-Series - $5,000 lease cash

-2026 X1 - $1,000 lease cash

-2026 X3 30i/M50i - $1,000 lease cash

-2026 X5 40i/50e/M60i - $1,000 lease cash (new)

Lease Cash on EV Models - lease cash (previously EV credits) are available on all 2026 EV models, as follows:

-2026 i4 eDr40/xDr40/M60 - $3,750 lease cash

-2026 i5 eDr40/xDr40/M60 - $3,750 lease cash

-2026 i7 eDr50/xDr60/M70 - $7,500 lease cash

-2026 iX xDr45/xDr60/M70 - $7,500 lease cash
